Q)  How do I identify the product with no model # on it?

A)  The best way to find out what model you have is to look on our website www.cyberacoustics.com . If you don’t find it there, please send a picture to:  info@cyberacoustics.com.



Q)  Where do I plug it into on a desktop front or back?

A)  It depends on what is easiest for you. .You can plug directly into the back of the computer sound out jack (green in most cases) or try the headphone set jack in the front. On laptops it’s the headphone jack. You must remember to set the sound default in the control panel to reflect on where the headphone is plugged in.



Q)  How do I get extra ear pads?

A)  Call the tech support line at: 360-823-4100



Q)  Do we make a cable that is coiled ?

A)  No, not at this time.



Q)  What does noise canceling mean?

A)  You hear this term a lot. Basically, the headphones will minimize either airplane or road interferences to help maximize sound quality.
