Q)  How do I identify the product with no model # on it?

A)  The best way to find out what model you have is to look on our website www.cyberacoustics.com If you don’t find it there, please send a picture to:  info@cyberacoustics.com.

Q)  Where are the instructions inside the package to set up the headset?

A)  Please see our headset video to help you with easy set up instructions.



Q)  Where do I plug both jacks (pink/green) into on the back of the computer when my speakers are already using the green jack?

A)  Most computers have only one (green) output jack for sound in the back and more then likely your speakers are using it. You can either buy a splitter to adapter to both plugs and split the sound or plug in the front headphone set jack for sound provided there is a mic jack there as well. Again, please make sure all the settings are set for that position in front.



Q)  How do you get the analog mic to work on a Mac?


A)  You need to refer to your owners manual. Some Apple systems require a specific microphone connection that might not work with an analog microphone. What we found is that some Apple systems work great when plugged in and selected line in for a default in system preferences input and others may not work again depending on the Apple system.



Q)  Do they work on a recorder device?

A)  Check your recorder device manual. Our microphones are non amplified microphones with a 3.5mm plug.



Q)  Can you plug it into a music board to work?

A)  Check your music board manual. Our microphones are non amplified microphones with a 3.5mm plug.



Q)  Can you use it to do sing Karaoke?

A)  Check you Karaoke machine manual. Our microphones are non amplified microphones with a 3.5mm plug.



Q)  Will it amplify for a crowd of people in a room to hear (seminar)?

A)  Our microphones are design for use with either a computer or laptop. The amount a sound amplification will depend on the sounds system and not the microphone.

Q)  Do the USB headsets work on the Sony Playstation?

A)  No they do not.



Q)  Do they work on cell phones or phone systems with 3.5mm jacks

A)  No they do not.



Q)  Do we make a headset for the Blackberry.

A)  Only the AC-94 model will work with a Blackberry.



Q)  What are the length of cables?

A)  Four feet on average.
