What is the average distance of your Bluetooth devices?

The Bluetooth chips we use in our audio devices reach up to an average of 30 feet in distance. Signal strength can vary depending on room conditions.

How many devices can your Bluetooth speakers connect to at any given time?

Depending on the type of speaker, our products will sync with one to three devices.

What is the battery life on your mobile Bluetooth speakers?

The average battery life for our mobile Bluetooth speakers is roughly 6 hours.

What devices are your Bluetooth speakers compatible with?

Any Bluetooth device that supports audio playback is compatible with our Bluetooth speakers. This includes: the iPhone, iPod, iPad, iPad mini, laptops, tablets, mp3 players, and other Bluetooth-enabled audio devices.

Do your mobile Bluetooth speakers have a speaker phone option for incoming calls?

Yes, but not all of our models. Please see your particular speaker's instruction manual for clarification.

How do I know when my Bluetooth speaker is trying to sync?

Depending on the speaker model, you will know that your speaker is trying to sync when its LED light is flashing. Generally, there will also be an audio tone indicating when the speaker has entered sync mode.

Do your speakers work with devices that don't have Bluetooth?

While our speakers are engineered to work with Bluetooth audio devices, our speakers still work with non-Bluetooth devices. You would need to use an auxiliary cable to plug in your device to the speaker system.

Can you show me how to connect my Bluetooth device to the CA-3092BT, PS-2370, and PS-2350?
