Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cyber Acoustics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on November 3 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends on November 19th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be valid.

How to Enter: Individuals already subscribed to the Cyber Acoustics email list must fill out an entry form with their name, school, email address and choose from the drop down of which headset they want to win.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without being part of the email list, send an email to marketing@cyberacoustics.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line "Headset Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and state of residence. This alternate entry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.

Prize: One winner will receive their choice of:

  • One pack of 24 AC-6014 USB-C headsets, or

  • One pack of 24 AC-6012 USB-A headsets, or

  • One pack of 24 AC-6008 3.5mm headsets.

Approximate retail value varies based on selection. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or substitutions will be given, under any circumstances.

Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about December 6. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within five business days, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries, technical issues, or any other event that may limit participation.

Privacy: Information collected will be handled in accordance with Cyber Acoustics privacy policy. Alternate Method of Entry participants will not be added to the marketing email list unless they provide separate consent.
